4. SMS Messaging Program Terms
VoiceDrops AI sends service-related SMS messages to subscribed business clients who have opted in, such as account updates, setup confirmations, call notifications, reminders, and customer support replies.
- Opt-in: You consent to receive SMS messages by providing your mobile number during signup or onboarding with VoiceDrops AI. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies depending on your account activity. Typical volume is low (a few messages per month).
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@voicedropsai.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
